Prior to this, he was the head of a UK networking team at Citywire, where he designed and created newsletters, podcasts and videos for the financial advice and wealth management markets.

Ian is also the author of Why DeFi Matters, a book that cuts through the hype and fear to explain what decentralized finance really means for the industry and society.

Rachel Morrissey is the Executive Producer of The MoneyPot from Money20/20.   She is also the Head of Content for the Money20/20 US show, the leading global platform for the fintech industry.   With over six years of experience at Money20/20 and over 15 years of media experience, I have a Master of Arts in Media Studies and a passion for creating and curating engaging and insightful content that explores the ideas and forces shaping the future of money.

As the Executive Producer and a Host of the MoneyPot Podcast, I deliver original and compelling stories that showcase the latest trends, innovations, and challenges in the tech sector. I am also responsible for the content programming and production for Money20/20's events, working with speakers and a talented team of editors and marketers. My mission is to inform, educate, and inspire the tech community and beyond.

Sheryl Chen is the Head of Content, Asia at Money20/20, where she does what she’s the most passionate about: connecting people to ideas, resources, and new connections.

Sheryl started her career crafting user-first content and procuring world-class speakers at conferences: Tech in Asia (Singapore, Tokyo, Jakarta); Innovfest Unbound & Smart Nation Summit (anchor events of Singapore Smart Nation Innovation Week 2019), Unbound Bahrain (anchor event of Startup Bahrain Week 2019).

She was previously a Program Manager at Google Cloud for Startups, and at Qualgro VC - a growth stage fund that invests across Southeast Asia and ANZ.
